  • First time with us?
    If you've never been to us before, here are a few tips: Please be with us at least 10 minutes before the course starts. You can register online in advance using our Eversports booking system, or we will help you set up your account on site or over the phone. You don't have to bring your own mat - we provide mats and all the tools, always cleaned and disinfected, of course.
  • What is special about "Jennifer Conzendorf Studio Pilates | Yoga"?
    We are not focused on any particular style. We believe Pilates and Yoga should be accessible to EVERYONE - of all ages and bodies. We are strong when we are different. Everyone is welcome.
  • What happens if I'm late?
    We kindly ask you to contact us in case of a delay. We can always be reached by phone. All our classes start on time. The entrance door is closed shortly before the class starts, so entry after the class has started is no longer possible. So please be in the studio at least 10 minutes before the class starts You can change on-site with us.
  • Do I have to register for a class in advance?
    Yes, we use Eversports as a booking system and you have to register there to get to our course schedule and book a class, but you can also do the whole thing spontaneously on site or by phone and we will do everything for you .
  • Do I have to bring my own mat?
    No. We provide you with the mat and all the tools, but if you prefer to use your own mat then of course you can do that. Everything is cleaned with organic products after each class.
  • What do I have to pay attention to before I take part in a course?
    Take enough time, preferably 10 minutes before the class starts, to familiarize yourself with what is going on in the studio. Where is the dressing room, where are the tools? Let us show you the course room and get to know the Pilates yoga teacher. The most important thing is that you don't injure yourself during the practice, so you should let the teacher know before the practice if you have any health problems or injuries. You should feel comfortable in your clothes, so wear comfortable clothes. Make sure you don't eat anything heavy about two hours before class. We must always make sure to have time, patience and mindfulness. It's not a competition, the focus is on ourselves. If you have trouble breathing or experience pain during an exercise, you should stop and tell your teacher.
